After meeting Stormee the first time at the meet and greet, I immediately felt good about leaving my pets and house in her care. I am never at ease on a vacation away from my fur babies but this time I was. She did a great job and kept me informed about the stay. I have a very very spoiled dachshund and Stormee handled her like a champ. My 3 cats are all so different and they did a great job with all of them. This was our first experience leaving our babies with someone we didn’t know, much less having someone we didn’t know in our home while we were away. Our two dogs are absolutely everything to us. Our sitter was more than willing to come over a couple of days prior to the booking to meet the girls and to set our minds at ease. They were very patient with all my 100 questions and all of the high maintenance needs of our fur babies. During their time with our girls they gave us regular updates and the way they worded the messages like they were directly from our girls was a cute touch. The photos were EVERYTHING!!! That really helped to set our minds at ease while we were out of town. I have already and will continue to recommend Sapphire & Co to all my friends and family.

Stormee is an amazing dog sitter! She loves our pup Laika like she is their own. Stormee sends updates and pictures every visit and let’s us know if anything is concerning. She also takes the time to reinforce training during their visits and have even taken it upon herself to teach Laika shake! I highly recommend Stormee – you will not be disappointed!

I’ve never been apart from my baby longer than a weekend and this time I had to leave him for a week. Sapphire & Co made the time away from my fur baby actually bearable! They sent me pictures everyday and asked great questions. Sapphire & Co!!! I had a very last minute request for a not so typical service but they had no hesitation and was so kind to accommodate, even as a new customer! I had to leave town but was trying to reduce travel time. Stormee went to my house, picked up Penny, and brought her to my office so we could get on the road sooner. I told them they did not need to walk her or play just needed a “dog delivery” (haha). They so kindly walked her to go Potty and let her sniff around before bringing her to me for our road trip. They went above and beyond! Miss. Penny likes them a lot too!! Highly recommended!

Sapphire & Co was awesome! I felt really comfortable with them since they had worked with animals at The Jacksonville Humane Society before. One of our pups is a rescue and was abused so we needed someone that understood his fears. After interviewing Stormee, we knew she would be a great fit. Sapphire & Co was our very first dog sitter and they definitely made it a worry free experience. They were here when they said they would be every day for the 30 min drop ins with our new puppy and even went above and beyond by running and playing with her outside! Lets be honest. Puppies are a little bit more work than grown up dogs! But you wouldn’t have ever known it was more work by the way they treated her. They left a detailed description of how their day went in a report card with pictures and I never felt like I had to check in to “make sure” they was coming. Very professional and sweet sitters!
